Hipster Illuminati Music Festival Nails, really? That's what I'm going to call this? 

Yup.

Let's do the life update part first.

No, I have not stopped blogging or doing my nails, I've just been...busy. I know that's a really lame excuse but it's the truth! Work has been hectic, my nails have been a little worse for the wear and I needed a break.

But things will be changing very very soon. As in Monday morning soon. For the past month I've been interviewing for a position much more in line with what I see myself doing as a career. It's a normal person 9-to-5 (as opposed to the retail work I've been doing) and I'm hoping that a regular work schedule will help me get on a nail painting & blogging schedule as well.

I can't promise that things will start to pick up around here immediately but once I get settled in at the new job I hope to be polishing and posting on a more regular basis!

Enough boring word things, let's see some polish!

I've never been to a music festival in my life and with the exception of some obscure art house films (#FilmMajorProbs) I wouldn't consider myself a hipster but Coachella has been all over the internet the past few weeks. I got swept up in the bright lights and graphic prints!
